If you want to link your PAGO ring with a bank account from Spain, several options are available to you directly through our technical partner Fidesmo. You can connect selected Spanish credit and debit cards directly with the ring.
Directly Compatible Banks & Cards
The following Spanish banks are natively supported by Fidesmo Pay:
CaixaBank (Mastercard and VISA cards)
Unicaja (all Mastercard cards (except prepaid, gift cards, or promotional cards))
- CURVE (the solution for all other banks and PayPal)
- Revolut (VISA only)
- Klarna (Klarna Card / Debit Flex)
2. The Solution for All Other Banks & PayPal
Is your bank not listed above? No problem. With these two partners, you can still get your ring ready to use:
CURVE (Our Recommendation)
Connect almost any VISA or Mastercard as well as your PayPal account with CURVE. CURVE acts as a digital bridge to your PAGO.
Special Feature: The new free PayPal Mastercard can also be added here.
Revolut (VISA only)
A digital banking alternative. To create an account, download the Revolut app, verify your identity with an ID document, and create a virtual VISA card within the app.
Important PIN Note: When you connect a virtual card (from Revolut), you can usually only pay amounts up to €50 without entering a PIN. Since virtual cards at Revolut do not have a physical PIN, payments above this limit are generally not possible.
Klarna
Klarna offers you maximum flexibility: you can link your Klarna Card (Debit Flex) directly to the Ring and use it as a smart debit card (with prepaid top-ups, e.g. scheduled or when your balance is low) or with the ‘Pay Later’ feature.
3. What is Currently Not Supported?
American Express (Amex): Unfortunately, it is currently not supported either directly or via CURVE.
